Regulatory Filings

Regulatory Filings helps you retrieve information about your payment arrangements for use when completing regulatory declarations. It brings together available information about your payment configuration, accepted agreements, and receiving accounts. Paypercut does not submit declarations to authorities or determine whether you have fulfilled your legal obligations.

A regulatory capability identifies a supported type of information for a jurisdiction. Discover capabilities for an account before creating a regulatory disclosure, an immutable snapshot of the available information. A disclosure can contain one or more payment arrangements, describing payment-service-provider relationships and receiving accounts. Its coverage indicates whether the information is complete within the stated scope. You can also download a human-readable regulatory document for a ready disclosure.

Bulgarian electronic-commerce information

The bg_nra_ecommerce capability supports information associated with Appendix №33 to Bulgarian Ordinance Н-18 (Наредба № Н-18). Depending on what is available, a disclosure can include payment-service-provider identity, merchant and virtual POS identifiers, settlement and receiving-account information, and accepted agreement references. It is not the complete declaration.

List regulatory capabilities for the account to see the capability's authority, regulation, forms, and supported operations. The list is filtered by the account's country. An empty list means no relevant capability is currently available through this API; it does not mean the merchant has no regulatory obligations.
