Onboarding with Paypercut

Before you can start accepting payments, we just need to verify a few details about your business.

The process is quick and straightforward — most merchants complete it in a few minutes.

1. Provide Your Business Details

We use your business information to verify your company and get your Paypercut account ready to accept payments.

You’ll need to fill in some basic details — such as your company name, registration number, contact details, and website.

Make sure everything you enter matches your official business records to avoid delays during verification.

2.Add Personal Details

Next, you’ll provide information about the individual who manages or owns the business.

We use this to confirm who is responsible and ensure that we can reach the right person if needed.

You’ll need to fill in a few personal details, such as name, date of birth, and position in the company.

3. Upload Required Documents

In this step, you’ll upload a few documents to verify your business and the person representing it.

These documents confirm your company’s registration, ownership, and identity.

You’ll need to upload the following:

  • Company Registration Document – a certificate or official document showing your business is legally registered.
  • UBO / Shareholder Document – an official document confirming the ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the business. If an official document is currently not available- shareholder declaration
  • Proof of Address – a recent utility bill or bank statement showing the address of the individual representing the business. The document must be issued in the last 3 months.
  • Bank Statement – a document confirming your company`s active business bank account, used for receiving future payouts.
  • Personal documents for legal representative(s) and UBOs - during registration you will be required to add the ID and proof of address for the company representatives (directors) and an ID for the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) holding 25% or more in the company

If one document covers multiple requirements (for example, company registration and shareholder information), you can upload it once.

Make sure all documents are clear, complete, and up to date to avoid delays in verification.

4. Complete Identity Verification

In this step, we verify the identity of the person representing the business to ensure the account is managed by an authorized individual.

You’ll receive an email with a QR code that links to our secure identity verification provider.

The process is quick and easy — you’ll be asked to show your ID and complete a short face verification using your phone camera.

This verification usually takes just a few minutes and helps us confirm that your account is set up securely

5. Review and Activation

After you complete all required steps, your onboarding automatically moves to the review stage. Our team will verify your information and documents to ensure everything is accurate.

Once the review is finished, you’ll receive an email confirming that your account is active and ready to accept payments.
